Upcoming Maturing Time Deposits Report

The Upcoming Maturing Time Deposits report displays all time-deposits that are due for withdrawal within a specific period.

This report shows all details of each time-deposit including the Time Deposit number, Savings account number, Deposit date, Amount, Maturity Date and Maturity Value.

This report aids the Micro finance institutions to plan their liquidity within a given period in order to meet the cash obligations (Payment of Maturing Time Deposits) to their clients as and when they fall due.

How to view the Upcoming Maturing Time Deposit Report

To view the time deposit report you go to Savings/Time Deposit/Upcoming Maturing Time Deposits Report and a screen will be displayed as follows:

Report date from: Specify the report period, e.g., From "01/01/2020" to "15/10/2020".

Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down or tick the Check for all check-box to include all Branches.

Currency: From the drop down menu select the currency in which the report will appear, e.g., "UGX".

Product: From the drop down box, select a time deposit product that you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all if you have various time deposit options to have a report on all time deposit products that are available in the system.

Area: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for e.g. "Kampala". You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas. In LPF, geographical areas are added under the menu Support Files/Geographical Areas.

Include withdrawn time deposit: When this option is selected, the report will display all the time deposit that matured within the selected period range including those that matured and were withdrawn

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Time Deposits Report Formats.

Click on the OK command button to view the report which will look like one below:

Click on the Close button to exit the menu.
